Bemus Point Fall Fest is Sept. 13-15, 2024

We’re looking for vendors selling hand-crafted items, specialty foods, and more for our 2023 Fall Fest Street Market (Sept. 13-15)!

This growing event draws a nice crowd to the village each year…we hope you’ll join us!

The rate for a space is $175 for new vendors, and $150 for returning vendors – checks made payable to the BPBA (Bemus Point Business Association) or register through our digital platform.

HOURS: We are working on solidifying our 2024 hours (we are taking notes from your vendor surveys), this is subject to change closer to the event. We will still require all vendors to be open Saturday AND Sunday, Friday will still be a free/bonus day.

This is an outdoor show – Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent and tables. The collection and reporting of NYS tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. A NYS TAX ID IS REQUIRED. No food or beverage may be sold from any booth without approval by the BPBA. We ask that all food vendors bring their own trash cans if possible. We will be doing a nightly pickup.

We will do our best to accommodate requests.

– Please note, no booth spaces are guaranteed.

– Friday Vendors and Returning Vendors are given priority spaces.

– You are not guaranteed your same space from year to year.

– This event is sponsored by Bemus Point’s Businesses. If your products/storefront directly conflicts with these establishments, your application may be denied.

All decisions by the BPBA Fall Fest Committee are final.
