We work with you, the homeowner, to design a custom home tailored for your lifestyle. We collaborate with you to develop a plan that will exceed your expectations. We create 3D renderings of your dream house to make it easy for you to visualize the design.
Our team will guide you through the process and work with your local planning department to obtain any necessary approvals. We have developed a trusted relationship with many local builders, and will work closely with your contractor to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the project.

Commercial Building Design
We work closely with you as a business owner or developer to help you hurdle past the red tape that comes with project development. We will create a design to enhance your business and development goals. We design for function, space planning, and budget, while still focusing on aesthetic appeal.
We provide full building design and site development. For our commercial projects, we partner with Eco Strategies Engineering & Surveying, PLLC to provide civil engineering, DEC approvals, and surveying as needed.
